When your parcel is in the locker you will get a text message with the door code (and an e-mail, if provided). Parcels are kept in the locker for 7 calendar days and then returned to us.
Pick-up at our store in Riga — free
Blaumaņa iela 7, Riga. We will contact you from +371 24 204 007 when your order is ready.
Delivery time
We process orders on working days. The estimated time is shown on the product page; it may be longer if the product has to be ordered from the supplier.

Right of withdrawal and returns
